have Passport, will travel!!
9 DAYS TO TOUCHDOWN IRELAND
Yes contrary to my visions of spending the rest of my life here in Peru, the bad news is that the Irish Consulate have come up trumps and I collected my Passport this morning (only another $98 wasted!)
All jokes aside, was beginning to have my doubt as they had promised to email as soon as it arrived and I knew it had been Issued in Dublin on 9th Mar! He said today that he forgot to email me and it arrived on Paddys Day (ya I know how Irish is that!). Oh well all is well now, well assuming there ar no issues with either Peru or US Immigration which im not expecting(touching wood asap!)
No other real news, rest of today was spent chilling on the beach soaking up the sun and going in for a dip to cool down. Bumped into Ben again (and said or our final goodbyes again!). Bit sad lieing on the beach when we realised:
- who knows when we wilol be sunning ourselves on a beach again
- that its colder at home than in Iceland (as per phonecall home!)
Over and out for the last time from the Mighty Peru, 10 am flight to Miami (well via Caracas). Then its luxury time again as Moya is treating us to another Hilton night (courtesy of her AmEx IDB points!)
Hilton here we come...................

I would like to comment on the recent entry on Movingaroundmick. I quote, 'Over and out for the last time....'. this is not a true radio call. If 'Over' is said it means that the person expects a response. If 'Out' is said, this means that the conversation is finished and no reply is required. Therefore, 'Over and out' is not a valid call and should just read... 'out'. This is GwendoliƱa, OUT
micheal, if the guide book isnt returned in the condition it was kindly lent in, serious problems will ensue as like the passport problem but worse....ie my homies on the bounce in ireland!!! not a pretty sight i tell thee.
kind regards
